Refund Policy

Live plants can't be returned

Because plants are living things and don't survive a second trip, we can't accept returns. Instead, every order is covered by our 30-day plant health guarantee: if your plant arrives damaged or declines in the first 30 days despite proper care, we'll replace it or refund you. You never need to ship it back.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email support@rootandreachbotanicals.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
