• Initial stress from shipping is normal; plants typically recover within 1-2 weeks with proper care

3.3 Care Requirements

• Customers are responsible for providing appropriate care including proper lighting, watering, and environmental conditions
• Care instructions are provided with each plant and available on our website
• Plant health after delivery depends on customer care adherence

Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Restrictions

• Plants cannot be shipped to certain locations due to agricultural regulations
• Weather delays may occur during extreme temperatures (below 35°F or above 85°F)
• Shipping may be delayed for plant safety during extreme weather conditions

4.2 Delivery Requirements

• Someone must be available to receive live plant shipments
