How to care for it
- Light: bright, indirect light. A little gentle sun is fine and keeps the leaves close together.
- Water: let the soil dry out completely, then water thoroughly. It stores water in small tubers.

- Temperature: 60 to 80°F, away from cold drafts.
Common questions
Is it safe for cats and dogs?
Yes. The ASPCA lists string of hearts (rosary vine) as non-toxic to cats and dogs. A pet that eats a lot of any plant may get a mild upset stomach, but it won't be poisoned.
Why are the vines thin with big gaps between leaves?
It needs more light. Move it to a brighter spot and new growth will fill in more densely.
